The Old Dominion neighborhood brings together over 450 homes in Northern Virginia. We share concerns and celebrations and we provide support for home and community issues. Our Association (The Old Dominion Citizens Association - ODCA) is a close community of families, singles and retired persons. We are bounded by Langston Blvd, N 26th St., N Columbus St. and N Wakefield St. We enjoy the active participation of our neighbors, ensuring that our community continues to serve the needs of its residents.
Why Join?
Your Citizen Association dues help us to support neighborhood-enhancing initiatives including Neighborhood Day and our July 4th Parade and Picnic. We also use some of the fees to support this website and other neighborhood initiatives. These initiatives are manned by volunteers who work to keep you informed about Arlington and neighborhood issues relevant to you. We act as a central clearinghouse for information and news, and we work together to support home values and a greater sense of community through this work. Additionally, ODCA is our neighborhood’s voice before the Arlington County Board and other county and civic organizations.
Dues
Annual ODCA membership costs $10/year and extends from June 1 through May 31 of the following year.
